This industrial project saw the reconstruction of two conjoined factories in Al Shuaiba for KEI (Kuwait Engineering Industries) and AWW (Architectural Wood Works) These factory spaces required high ceilings and a specialized steel roofing system to accommodate the long spans. The project involved large structural components as well as equipment modernization which required the installation of oversized steel trusses to accommodate gantry rails.

The Peninsula Tower, completed in 2021, is the crown jewel of NBS General Contracting Co.'s portfolio. A collaboration with Dar HZMB Architects gave rise to its distinctive modern façade which displays a harmonious fusion of two structurally separate towers--each 6 stories tall.

Courtyards’ emerges as another standout creation by Dar HZMB, meticulously constructed by NBS General Contracting Co. It presents a visual narrative of modern design through its use of stark, contrasting lines and a refined monochromatic palette accented with touches of gold

Conceived by Dar HZMB and construction by NBS, this beautiful villa displays expertly crafted structural complexity with plenty of open spaces and exceptional finishings.

One of our earlier projects, ‘Pearl’ chalet is nestled in the heart of Khairan. Every detail of this structure was crafted with excellence and is a testament to our slogan ‘Building Through Excellence’.
